Litigation Attorney

CHDB Law LLP is an industry-leader in Community Association and Business Law. We are a mid-size law firm with attorneys across Arizona who are passionate about providing the strongest representation for our clients.

Our practice focuses on community association law, real estate, employment law, and litigation including insurance defense. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of civil litigation and a desire to provide exceptional client service. Qualified candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and have good academic credentials. Our firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment in a professional but relaxed atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
  • 2-6 years’ experience in civil litigation, employment law and/or insurance defense
  • Ability to manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
  • Work closely and collaboratively with senior attorneys, partners and shareholders
  • Excellent writing and analytical ability
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
